You are going to be part of friendly Taxify team. We have tens of thousands of clients, who expect superb support in case there are any issues with Taxify service.

This means:

  • You love communicating with people, either via calls, e-mails or meetings
  • Resolving drivers, business and private customers questions genuinely while creating loyal fans
  • Working with Client Relations Systems, E-mails and Taxify backoffice systems
  • Helping with any other issues from our riders and drivers
  • Testing new Beta versions of Taxify app with cool & upcoming features

We really want you to:

  • be motivated, energetic and attentive communicator
  • have good spoken and written Latvian, Russian and English
  • get excited of making people super happy 🙂
  • having sales and analytical experience is a nice plus
